If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Sites and exit immediately. We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Products, Content, and Specifications

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colors accurately.
The inclusion of any products or services on the Sites at a given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. There may be instances when the manufacture or distribution of a particular product or service could be delayed for various reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the delay and keep you informed of the revised delivery schedule.
Order
By placing an order, you are representing that the purchased products will be used in a lawful manner. All costs and pricing will be calculated when received the details of the packaging you need.
The payment amounts and other terms may be subject to further agreements or negotiations between you and SVP. The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order or a confirmation of an offer to sell a specific product or service, even though it is our standard practice to confirm orders via email.
We reserve the right, without any prior notice, to limit the order quantity for any item or service, or to deny service to any customer. Additionally, we may require the verification of information before accepting and/or shipping any order.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be sent to the address provided by the purchaser, as long as the shipping address complies with the shipping conditions and restrictions outlined on the Sites. All purchases made through the Sites are subject to a shipment contract.
Due to the shipment contract, the risk of loss and the ownership of the items you purchased pass on to you once the items have been delivered to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claims with the carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
Custom User Content
The primary purpose of our Custom Structure Design Services is to allow you to upload your own content ("User Content") to create customized packaging. To use this service, you must be at least 18 years old.
By uploading your User Content, you grant SVP a non-exclusive right to use, print, copy, transmit, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the product you have ordered. Additionally, SVP may occasionally request the right to display the item, including your User Content, as an example of SVP's capabilities.
You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights to the User Content and the authority to grant SVP the rights outlined in this section. You are solely responsible for all User Content you make available on the Services.
You must not upload any Prohibited Content to the Services. Prohibited Content includes (i) copyrighted material used without the express permission of the owner, (ii) content that SVP deems abusive, deceptive, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate, (iii) unlawful content, (iv) content that could harm minors, or (v) material that violates the rights of others.
SVP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine what constitutes Prohibited Content, although SVP does not pre-screen User Content and is under no obligation to monitor the User Content you upload. If SVP determines that your User Content is Prohibited Content, SVP may cancel your order without any further obligation to you.
Custom Order Cancellations
For any custom-produced orders, you are not able to make changes or cancel the order. This is because our products are manufactured specifically based on your custom specifications. As a result, we are unable to provide any refunds for these custom orders.
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that your order accurately specifies the size, artwork, quantity, style of product, and print options for the finished product. SVP is not responsible for any errors made by the customer during the ordering process.
Accuracy of Information
SVP has strived to ensure the proportions and design of all customizable products are represented as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that the color display and content you provided will be entirely accurate, as this is dependent on your specific settings.
Any refunds or reprints will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to provide a refund or reprint will be made solely at the discretion of SVP. If SVP, in its sole discretion, decides to replace any products or to refund or credit you for any amounts paid, that replacement, refund, or credit shall constitute SVP's complete, exclusive, and sole liability, as well as your sole and exclusive remedy, with respect to that particular purchase.
Force Majeure
Neither SVP nor you will be responsible for any damages or for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond their reasonable control, including, without limitation:
- Fire, lightning, explosion, power surge or failure, water, acts of God, war, revolution, civil commotion or acts of civil or military authorities or public enemies;
- Any law, order, regulation, or requirement of any government or legal body or any representative of such government or legal body;
- Labor unrest, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing, or boycotts;
- Inability to secure raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages;
- Acts or omissions of other common carriers.
These types of events are generally referred to as "force majeure." Force majeure refers to any uncontrollable event that prevents a party from fulfilling their contractual obligations or causes a delay in performance. When such force majeure events occur, the parties are not liable for the resulting damages or delays.
Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
(i) You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into and comply with these Terms. You are fully capable and competent to satisfy the terms, conditions, and obligations outlined herein.
(ii) You have read, understood, and agree to abide by the conditions set forth in these Terms.
You further represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of any user content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon the property rights, intellectual property rights (including copyrights, trademarks, and patents), or any other rights of third parties. You also represent that there are no disputes or claims related to the intellectual property rights, property rights, or other rights associated with the user content or any part thereof.
Disclaimer of Warranties
- No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained through our products and services will create any warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.
- We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- We do not warrant that the results obtained from using our service will be accurate or reliable.

Termination

The Websites and Services can only be used for the intended purpose that they are being made available for. In other words, users are not permitted to utilize the Websites and Services in any way beyond their intended use.
